Pripet Riding boasts a pristine 8 stall barn, an Olympic size arena, and beautiful riding trails, all situated on 20 acres of rolling pastures and woods against the breathtaking backdrop of East Penobscot Bay.

WHO WE ARE
The Pripet Riding Program is a non-profit seasonal horseback riding organization located on the island of Islesboro, Maine. Pripet programming has been able to accommodate all skill levels, focusing on riding education and engendering a love for horsemanship and the sport. Through the generosity of our supporters, Pripet have provided multiple scholarship opportunities to students in our community. LESSONS AND PROGRAMS
The Pripet Riding Program strives to bring the multi-dimensional experience of working with horses to all island residents and visitors, regardless of skill level or experience. Whether learning basic horse handling and care skills or training at a more finely-tuned level of horsemanship, Pripet Riding is committed to accommodating all skill levels with a focus on experiential learning and riding education.
Our riding instruction is dressage based, focusing on the fundamentals of riding for beginners all the way to higher level, FEI instruction for those who want to fine tune their dressage skills.
